ACES Volleyball School develops well-rounded athletes by building on individual skills beginning with basics, fundamentals, technique and strength and conditioning.
Athletes will be evaluated and will have the opportunity to implement skills during ACES Volleyball School scrimmages. In order for coaches to provide individual attention, coach athlete ratio will be maintained.

Tuesday Volleyball school
January 6th - May 12th
No session March 17th
Tuesday volleyball school introduces and teaches skills. 2-3 skills tend to be covered as well as regular conditioning and agility to help their development. Students will work in small groups with a coach with other like skilled players. This program is on going and appropriate for beginners.

Designed for students with basic skills, it focuses on improving technique, court awareness, and confidence through structured, fast-paced training—preparing athletes for future success in school or club volleyball.

May 7 & 14 (2 weeks)
May Reps and Rallies is a high-energy, pick-up style volleyball session for experienced players looking for fast-paced games and quality reps. Teams rotate quickly to keep the play intense and competitive, giving players the opportunity to self-correct, sharpen skills, build court chemistry, and stay game-ready—all without the structure of a formal league or practice.
